I would like to convey my compliments to Mr Haiqal, Mr Ken Wong and Ms Yvonne Tang for their excellent service.
MOH Ops Centre had encountered a technical problem with our audio visual (AV) system last week on 21 August 2014. The problem was subsequently diagnosed to be a faulty wireless router. Ms Tang was very helpful and arranged for urgent technical support and a loan router set. Mr Haiqal and Mr Wong exhibited technical expertise, innovation, patience and determination in their efforts to solve the problem. The problem was eventually resolved at 7.00pm, after many hours onsite.
Please congratulate Mr Haiqal, Mr Wong and Ms Tang on my behalf. They are the pride of ESCO.

I would like ESCO to be aware that you have an exceptional employee, Dennis Tan, in your technical division. I would like to commend Dennis for displaying professionalism in his follow-up on the completion and testing process during the handing over of the AV equipment at the Center for Foundation Studies office and learning spaces during June 2014.When Dennis took over the project; there were many unresolved issues relating to the proper functioning of the AV equipment systems. He assured me of ESCO's commitment to resolve these issues. In the process he has demonstrated good technical skills and knowledge.
He has also shown to be responsible and dedicated to the client's needs and requirements. Even during days when he was on MC, he still went all out to ensure that issues were addressed and attended to.

I would like to congratulate ESCO in the successful completion of Barclays Project Apex (Seoul), ORQ Level 27 General Floor Space and Phase 1 Atrium.
These Barclays projects have been very difficult to coordinate but ESCO have implemented successfully with a improved workmanship and project management standard.
I would like to thank Raymond Lim for all his help and manage the ORQ site. Raymond's team has also improved the installation standard and I hope this continues to improve throughout Barclays installs. Again thank you for all ESCO efforts.

With a gesture of goodwill, ESCO provided 2 engineers at TP HQ on 29 Mar to support SPF for the State Funeral Procession. Mr Balu Suthakar and Mr Ma Hui were onsite and provided the first level support for our video wall system at TP HQ. The video wall had served our TP users well throughout the entire operation. Balu and Ma Hui were responsive to the fault calls and gave their best effort in ensuring that all the technical issues were swiftly resolved.
